Yes, we only sell fresh original designer fragrances. You will not find any imitation or knockoff fragrances at perfumeloftstore.com. Our products are the same you would find at the high end department stores, and in most cases they are sold at discounted prices.
Fragrances can vary from batch to batch and region to region. Manufacturers change their Ingredients sometimes and that may cause a slight change in color or scent of the perfume. Please note that we have no control on the production, we only make sure the item is 100% authentic and fresh.
Perfumes and colognes are best worn on the body, generally on the pulse points, for instance, inside of the wrists, back of the neck, behind the ears, etc. Your body’s warmth makes the perfume blossom to the fullest. wearing perfumes on clothes will not let the heat get to the pulse points.
We’ll gladly accept returns on all orders. Orders may be returned up to 21 days from the ship date for a full refund minus shipping. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages unless the error was on our part.
